Jean Michel Capron<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n

N\u00e9 au Havre en 1959, je suis autodidacte, passionn\u00e9 depuis l\u2019enfance par le dessin et la peinture (mes dessins \u00e9taient remarqu\u00e9s d\u00e8s l\u2019\u00e9cole maternelle).<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Je poursuis mes \u00e9tudes en rapport avec l\u2019agencement, la d\u00e9coration et l\u2019histoire de l\u2019art.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Dans le m\u00eame temps, j\u2019explore diff\u00e9rentes techniques de dessin : le crayon, l\u2019encre et l\u2019acrylique. Tous les travaux manuels m\u2019int\u00e9ressent.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Mon travail dans l\u2019imprimerie me permet d\u2019acqu\u00e9rir les proc\u00e9d\u00e9s de mises en page, de photographies toujours en lien avec la cr\u00e9ation.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Pour moi, l\u2019art n\u2019est pas le fruit du hasard, il est ancr\u00e9 et fait parti de ma vie. Mais pendant des ann\u00e9es, mon travail laisse peu de place \u00e0  ma passion.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Je d\u00e9m\u00e9nage en 1987 pour La Rochelle o\u00f9 je r\u00e9alise des aquarelles en lien avec la mer. Puis je m\u2019int\u00e9resse \u00e0 l\u2019art animalier \u00e0 travers des tableaux repr\u00e9sentant des chevaux, puis des animaux sauvages.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Plus tard, le modelage s\u2019impose \u00e0 moi, je me lance dans le travail de la terre et cr\u00e9e des sculptures d\u2019apr\u00e8s des photographies prises lors d\u2019un voyage au Kenya.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

L\u2019approche de mes \u0153uvres est plut\u00f4t r\u00e9aliste. Je cherche \u00e0 montrer les attitudes et les regards dans mes tableaux ou mes sculptures.<\/a><\/p>\n\n\n\n
